Studio Policy

In the unlikely event that Angela So Photography is unable to provide services on the scheduled date, the CLIENT may reschedule the session and the terms of this Agreement to a future date or terminate the agreement it without further action.

If for any reason the CLIENT needs to reschedule the session date with notification less than 7 calendar days from scheduled date, a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the session rate will be required and can be applied toward your rescheduled shoot with the remaining balance paid in full on the rescheduled date.

If for any reason the CLIENT needs to cancel the session date, the CLIENT is required to do so in writing and obtain cancellation confirmation from Angela So Photography within 7 calendar days prior to session date in order to avoid penalties.

Cancellation within less than 7 calendar days of the session date will incur a $100 fee.

Note: Any appointment/reservation made within 7 calendar days of the session date forfeit the opportunity to cancel without the $100 fee.

A "no show" (CLIENT does not show up at the scheduled time and has given no notification) will be charged the entire shoot amount and makeup fee if makeup artist was booked.
