BEHIND THE LENS
Award winning photographer Angela So is based out of Los Angeles.
I'm a Chicago native who photographed landscape and architecture before moving on to people to capture uniquely human emotions and expressions. In addition to shooting musicians, actors, real estate agents, influencers and the like, I've photographed celebrities on the red carpet, behind-the-scenes and stills for People Magazine Investigates and rock band Muse, and portraits for VIBE.
I recently was awarded 1st place in the American Society of Media Journalists juried 2019 Style Contest. My photography has been featured professionally as part of a hand-selected group exhibition at the Art Share L.A. gallery in downtown LA and at Cannibal Flower's LA art shows, including its 15th anniversary event.
I'm grateful not only to be able to share my talents but also to be able to work with and shoot talented people who continue to inspire me.
